repeat url not-found crawl errors

I’ve got 97 strange crawl errors in google webmaster tools.

https://www.yogawithjohn.com/bhagavan-das/www.yogawithjohn.com/events

seems that a link in the blog post is getting appended to the
permalink, and getting indexed somehow.

I’ve also got a few on fixed pages, with the url appended to the comnment page:

https://www.yogawithjohn.com/harmonium-repair/comment-page-1/www.yogawithjohn.com/events

and then some appended onto the archives as well:

https://www.yogawithjohn.com/2008/10/www.yogawithjohn.com/events

I’ve got the xml sitemap plugin installed, is that the culprit?

Can anyone offer any help?
