Disable Default Related Products

Hi
Thank you for the awesome plugin. I have a question, is there any way to remove default related products, only it will show if products are assigned to related products, otherwise should be empty(no related products).

Now if you assign products it is showing but on unassigned products, it is showing default products, can we hide that?
