website works, but wordpress admin is blank

hi guys, i manually loaded up the website that was taken down by the hosting(due to non payment). i managed to make the website work(trust me, it took me forever!), but i can’t seem to login to wordpress. it’s blank. i tried renaming plugins and themes. doesn’t work. i also tried to increase the memory limit. i’m not sure if it was successful, but i followed instructions.

i turned on the debug and this is what i get. and it’s all greek to me.
