Cloning/Migration – How it works?

I have a backup saved on the dropbox. Now i want to clone to a new wordpress system on another Server. I follow these notes from you, but where i could start the cloning/migration? There is no button or Info that the plugin has found a backup
Some notes about cloning and migration
To migrate or clone this website to another hosting place (another target domain),
please follow this steps:
1. Install new WordPress on target hosting;
2. Install “Dropbox backup and restore PRO” plugin;
3. In the “Setting” of plugin select the checkbox “Read all backups from dropbox cloud”;
4. Start cloning/migration process;

I am trying to migrate from a .com domain name to a .org domain name. I’ve uploaded the .com full backup to my dropbox but the .org WP plugin does not see the .com full backup files. I was under the impression that I could use my old backup file to move all the data to the new domain name. Please help?
