[Plugin: WP e-Commerce] can’t get it to work.

    Hello, I just can’t seem to get this plugin to work period. I have read the forums and gone to your flikr link but have not found anything.

    First, when I install it/activate it, the plugin does not show up on my plugins page. it simply automatically shows on the side as ecommerce. there is no way for me to deactivate it.

    Second, I then try to click the settings button and i get a 404 error; in fact, i get a 404 error everytime i try to click it.

    am i doing something wrong or is this just buggy?

    never mind; found the answer per algaidaman:

    “I ran into this problem too. You have to move the folder wp-shopping-cart out of the wp-e-commerce folder, and directly into the plugins folder. Then you can go to the plugins in your WP dashboard, and activate. It will show up then.”
