Which Photo Gallery Plugin Good For Page Views

  • I am going to be running a website in which we will featured many posts with photo galleries. I love how the nextgen plugin looks visually, but because it’s Flash (as well as any of the javascript photo gallery plugins) I’m assuming that each image you look at in the gallery does not count as a page view.

    Does anyone know which plugin is the best for counting each image (page view) as an actual page view. Here’s an example – Celebslam. I’m not sure if this is a WordPress blog or not, but this is similar to something I’m looking for.

    Just use the normal wp gallery, that ships with WP. So far NextGEN doesn’t allow you single image views, but the default one does through the image.php template file.

    NextGEN isn’t flash, by the way. It just has an option (which you don’t have to use) to show your images additionally with a flash slideshow.
