Seen mysql being used for new user after caching enabled

    I have the plugin installed.I have observed when a new user from a fresh browser visits the site even which has been rendered earlier shows mysql being sent query .I have attached my settings.I wanted to know as it’s serving static pages tehn mysql shouldn’t be called in..
