Tried several chat apps but Jivo is at the top

Tried several chat apps when I found it important to have mac and mobile apps, have delayed replies so if a user checks back on the site they see my reply and have facebook messenger integrated. Tried Crisp, Chatra, Zopim, Olark, Intercom en even have an kayako installation. But I ended up going with Jivo!
