Add ACF fields to releases and converage

Hi.
I need to add a ACF File field mainly to releases (but also in coverage) to add a downloadable pdf.
I added support to custom-fields to the post types, then I create the field in ACF and assigned it to both nooz post types.

Now in backend I can upload the file but I don’t understand where I have to insert the code to show the link in frontend.

Can you (or anyone ?? ) help me to accomplish this task?
