Lost Ability to Add Logo

Hey there! Do you not see the logo option at all? What template do you have selected?

@richtabor – I’ve deleted your request for credentials to your user’s site. I am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving someone the keys to your house, you are trusting they won’t steal anything. Likewise, the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER. If something was to go wrong then you, the author, may well become legally liable for damages.

These forums need to remain a safe place for all users. That ranges from experienced users and developers to someone posting for the first time here. Accessing a user’s site is a step too far.

Actually, it was my mistake.

For whatever reason, the option to add a logo wasn’t available in the first two templates. Usually, if you don’t have a logo selected, you would see the W WordPress logo in its place. However I didn’t see that either.

I had to go to the dark template, then it allowed me to select a logo. Now I can switch to any template and everything seem to be working fine. Maybe it’s just an issue on my end.
