[leaky_paywall_register_form] short code not working

  • [leaky_paywall_register_form] short code is not working

    eg the fields and buttons are not showing. The only thing which shows is:
    “Please go to the subscribe page to choose a subscription level.”

    All the other forms are working properly.

    If you click on the subscribe button in one of the subscribe cards on the subscribe page, the fields and buttons will show. In your Leaky Paywall settings, do you have your subscribe page and register page set up?
