    Hello Forum,
    please sorry for my cruel English.

    After the Piwik-Update to 3.2.1 today the Connection to the WP-Piwik-Plugin is lost: “WP-Piwik 1.0.19 was not able to connect to Piwik using your configuration”.
    The Testscript says: “HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable” – but the Service is available under https://xag.info/kiwip/ (and works normal, afaik).

    I tryed to disable the Plugin – but this does not help to fix.

    I used Tool-Step 4: Reset and refilled the URL and API-Key: but they are the same as before. Did not help to fix.

    What can i do?

    The Server is from all-inkl.com, the Piwik from the One-Klick-Installer. I have only FTP-Access; no access to the comand line.
    The Piwik-System-Status says, there are some minor Problems with “LOAD DATA INFILE” – but this is not new (and only a Warning).
    (this is my first Problem with this Plugin; everything was normal before today).

    yesterday evening, as I got the e-mail notification about this post, I tried the kiwip-link you mentioned, but it didn’t work. Now, however, it seems to work.

    Did you retry in the meanwhile? If it’s still not working and the 503 error persists, please try to check your server’s log files or (if you don’t have access to them, too) ask all-inkl.com to provide you some additional debugging information.

    The 503 message is the response given by your Piwik server. As long as it does not answer to WP-Piwik’s request, WP-Piwik is (obviously) not able to work. Are you sure the connection stopped working after the Piwik update? Or is it possible that you just didn’t realise before?

    thank You very much for the quick Reply.

    It’s magic: today the Connection is already there! I did nothing.
    How does it come?

    But it is not working properly: the Plugin receives no Data from Piwik. All Modules show the same Message: ?Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /[server]/xag.info/wp-content/plugins/wp-piwik/classes/WP_Piwik/Widget/Browsers.php on line 46?.
    What can i do now?

    And, no, i am not sure the connection is getting lost with the last Update. Last Time i definitely wrote down statistic Data on NOV, 1., 2017.

    (do we have to diskuss in English here; for all? or can we comunicate in German?)

    Oh, sorry – i did not check the Situation correctly.
    The Error is already there.

    Feel free to switch to German if it’s easier for you to explain your issue. I just want to keep at least the conclusion/ solution in English, so other users are also able to solve similar issues.

    How does it come?

    As I wrote: Two days ago, xag.info/kiwip did not work. I was not able to open the link. Yesterday, finally, I was able to open the link. So, it’s also WP-Piwik was not able to connect two days ago, but started yesterday, of course.

    What can i do now?

    1. If also the tracking code did not work some time, please check if data is available within Piwik itself… if not, then you should wait until new data is tracked.
    2. Maybe because of the broken connection WP-Piwk was not able to determine the correct site. Go to WP-Piwik’s connection settings and check if your site name is shown correctly. Otherwise, disable auto determination and choose the site manually. Retry to show the stats.
    3. If this does not work, too, try to disable WP-Piwik’s cache (expert settings) for a while and retry. After you can see data, you can re-enable the caching.
    4. As a last resort (but I don’t think it’s necessary): Reset WP-Piwik and configure it one more time.

    (Einschub: Deinen letzten Post verstehe ich nicht… was soll “Der Fehler ist bereits da” in dem Zusammenhang aussagen? ;-))
