Plugin Not Showing In Tools

  • I installed and activated the better-search-replace plugin but couldn’t find a link to the tool under Tools. There doesn’t appear to be a page for the tool anywhere. I checked the documentation and I can see that it should be appearing under tools. I’ve installed/uninstalled and activated/deactivated 3 times. Not sure why I can’t find the plugin page. Thanks.

  • Same here. Looks like support is non existent though so i’m going to have to try something else.

    Same problem

    EDIT:

    Caused when you guys are missing the user capability to install plugins.

    In my case the constants I had set to false in wp-config.php prevented this,

    define( ‘DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT’, false );
    define( ‘DISALLOW_FILE_MODS’, false );

    Setting these to false let the menu appear.
