how to add customer reviews?

  • In your WP dashboard, select WooCommerce and then Settings. Select the Products tab and there should be a section titled “enable reviews”. Hope this helps!

    it’s already enabled but there is no option on the website for people to add reviews… The page I need help with: https://realsgmum.com/product/fullers-earth-face-wash/

    Hi @realsgmum – it seems like you’re overriding Storefront’s default product template. It should look like this and then you can see where the reviews are supposed to be added.

    Oh man! I had no idea I was overriding the default template. Donno what it was. Any idea how to resolve this?

    I’m not really sure to be honest, are you using plugins that could address your templates? Or have you added custom code?

    You can test the first by just disabling all plugins besides WooCommerce and Storefront and seeing if that’s still causes a problem. If that solves it, it’s one of your plugins that’s causing it.
