Creating affiliate link

I’ve searched videos and looked up plugins, but I can’t find out how to create an affiliate link for a woocommerce product that I have on my site, for someone to get commmission on. I keep finding stuff about Amazon. I just need to know how to make a custom link for an individual, and link them to my account to get them commissions somehow. Thanks.
