I see COMPANY NAME on the signup form but not on the profile page?

  • Hi….

    When users sign up I see that my form is asking for COMPANY NAME but:

    1. I have no idea how to remove this.
    2. COMPANY NAME is not showing up on the PROFILE page, nor can I find these company names anywhere in the WP admin.

    Any idea how I could access these entries?

  • If you go to “Ultimate Member” –> “Forms” –> “Registration form” you should be able to remove COMPANY NAME. Why it’s not showing up on the member profile, I don’t know.

    Hi @tommytime555,

    Have you added “company name” field to your profile form in Ultimate member -> Forms -> your profile form e.g “Default profile form”?
