  • Dear cconnor970,

    Thanks for contacting us.

We will be thankful if you
    1) check if your administrator email is correct
    2) check your spam folder
    3) check if you don’t get emails in all submissions
    4) check your SMTP settings( Create a new user in WordPress and see if you are getting and auto-message to the email which was written when creating a new user)
    5) check if it is written {formContent} in the Email to Administrator’s “Message” field: https://prntscr.com/hwboll

and inform us of your results.

    We will wait for them

    Thanks in advance

    1. Email is correct. 2 admins users on the account, using one of the emails
    2. No spam email received
    3. 5 submissions, no receipt
    4. New user created, NO email received
    5. Form contains {formContent}

I’m having the exact same issues.

I’m having the exact same issues as well.

I have same problem with autolocksmithwarrington.co.uk
I checked all the suggestions in support posts and still nothing

    same problem here

    Dear cconnor970,

In the case of yours, the problem may be related to the SMTP settings because you haven’t received the auto-message from WordPress while our plugin is directly related to the SMTP functionality. Please check these settings.

Also, could you inform if you have checked the Email to Administrator and User checkboxes: https://prntscr.com/hxjjjf ?
The “Message Subject” as well should be filled in. You can also try to change the Message and see if the same issue exists or not.
We will be glad to have as many details as possible for being able to guide you further.

    Thanks in advance

    Dear Kenny G. , yilin11, ged123, usagilberthong

We will be grateful if check those points as well and inform us of your results.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon

    Thanks

I just tried the suggestions and still the contact form does not email to me

    Dear ged123,

Will it be possible to provide a screenshot of the backend General Options?
We ill check if all configurations are correct.
And, please, inform us how have you created the email field of your form.

    Thanks

I dont see where your screen shot is in my settings.

I deleted the email names out of this error log for SMTP, but is this telling me the password is wrong fr authentication, or is it more than that?

    Dear cconnor970,

Seems that the problem is related to the fact that the WordPress cannot be connected to your SMTP settings. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be fixed at our end because it is related not to the plugin’s configurations.
Will it be possible to contact your hosting provider for checking the SMTP settings?

    Thanks in advance

    Dear cconnor970,

In the case, if our help is needed, we will be glad to assist.

    Thanks

I have used the Huge It forms on many websites and now, non of them are working, though they did work well when I installed them. Could it be an update issue? as it’s strange that they all worked and now they have all stopped working.
I use one form as a contact form with five fields and another as a request a callback with 2 fields and capture
I have posted the screenshot here >>https://www.aa247.co.uk/?page_id=211

    Dear ged123,

We would like to inform that we have tested the following form: https://www.aa247.co.uk/?page_id=7 and it worked fine at our end (the user message has been received). This means that the plugin’s functionality is correct.

Could you let us know, please, have you tested the same form with no success?

    Thanks
