The label editor in Customizer is NOT intended to be used for translations.

Instead, you should be using a translation file along with the language selection in Settings for different languages.

We used the LocoTranslate plugin to do the Spanish translation that comes with the theme and it worked really well.

Also, if you do a translation, please share it as I’d love to include it in the theme.

But I used “Labels & Text Strings” in your theme settings. For example, “Sticky / Featured Posts Heading” or “No Results Heading”

    In Russian:
    – “Page 2 of 2” = “Страница 2 из 2” at list of posts,
    – “Next” = “Следующая” (now it “Next Запись” and it will be “Следующая запись”)
    – “Previous” = “Предыдущая” (now it “Previous Запись” and it will be “Предыдущая запись”)
    – “Add a comment” = “Добавить комментарий”
    – “Comment” = “Комментарий”
    – “Post comment” = “Опубликовать комментарий”
    – “You may use these HTML tags and attributes:” = “Вы можете использовать такие HTML теги и атрибуты:”
    – “Logged as” = “Авторизован как”
    – “Logout?” = “Выйти?”
    at post.

    Done.

Sorry, but at this point, there is no plan to add additional customizable fields to the “Labels & Text Strings” customizer.

As noted, this area is NOT meant for translation but to provide the end theme user the ability to override just a few prominent text strings without having to code or use a child theme.

Please create a theme translation if you wish to use another language throughout the theme.
