Setting language tag on individual pages

    How could I set the html language tag on individual pages. Our site is 95% English but we have a few French pages that I’d like to manually add the language tag to.

    I have the language tag set to en-ca in the wp-config file but this then adds the en-ca tag to our french language pages

    I don’t want to use a multilanguage plugin – I tried this and it just messed up our site
