    Hello,

my frontend is not being translated into German. The rest of my page is being translated just fine. Just not the subscriptions plugin.

Hereby I included a screenshot of the my-account page which shows the original English text instead of the desired translation.

I tried all day long to fix this but without any success. Do you have any clue why this is happening?

I noticed that I can’t find any .pot file in the “lang” folder. Is this intended?

Thank you for the quick response but the update still hasn‘t fixed the issue for me.

Any suggestions on how I can help you find the cause?

    Hi @blueberryhooves

PO file is there inside lang/i18n folder. Please ping in Skype @mark_35997 so I can check this in your site.

    Hi @markhf

my LOCO translate plugin is gives me this note when I look at the status info of the xa-woocommerce-subscription-de_DE.po:
“These translations are not linked to a POT file. Sync operations will extract strings directly from source code.”

When I tried to automatically generate the POT file it only caught 5 of your plugins strings so I guess that it might have something to do with the linking of out PO file to the actual source code.

Which alternative translation plugin would you recommend?

If you wish I can create you an admin-account on my page so you can check it out by yourself. But I don’t know how to send private messages over www.ads-software.com and I sadly dont have skype.

    Hi again @markhf

after struggling for another day I now hardcoded the translations into the source code as a makeshift solution. I know that’s not desirable but as long as it works I’m happy.

There’s just one field I can not find the source to:
When taking a look at a subscription from the “My Account” page the date_created of the subscription start and the last order date is shown as “X Stunden ago”.

I tried translating the “ago” in the date-time-functions.php but that doesn’t seem to have the desired effect. Could you please quickly tell me where to find the source code to this field?

Same bug for me. No POT file included and I’m missing some french translations for the cart and checkout pages.

I will add it my french translation file and see it this works. Always better than translating directly in the source code.
