Unable to access plugin backend

  • Hi there —

    I’m unable to access the plugin from the wordpress dashboard. When I click the icon, it tries to open but just shows the moving colored dots. It never opens, then just times out. I have had to deactivate it.

    Any suggestions why this might be happening?
