Listify Regions Cities and States

  • I tried installing the sample data and even that does not work. I used terms and listing regions but it would not go where I assume it should. No new listing regions are added. Please help.

    Hi Victioria!

    Thank you for your support request. I’ve tried to reproduce the issue you’re facing, but I can’t seem to reproduce it. When I use the example data and check the box “Create inexistent parents”, which ensures any parent category that doesn’t exist yet for your input child categories are created as well, the categories are added as expected.

    Can you try whether it does work when you try to add the example data as “Categories” (i.e., leave the “Taxonomy” dropdown on “Categories”)?
