Give a name to URLs

Hello,

Thanks for this cool plugin

I’m using it to track which of my customers click my links in my emails
Let’s say my customers are Joe and Anna, my links are :

/go/my-link-joe/
/go/my-link-anna/

It would be so good if we could give a name to the links, so we could use :

/go/my-link-458/ Name of the link : Joe
/go/my-link-659/ Name of the link : Anna

Name of the link would be visible only in backoffice for admins of course
