    I’m sorry but last update (4.0.0) does not work for me (wordpress 4.9.1). During checkout, after completion with personal data, clicking on the button “proceed to payment”, returns: “Payment processing failed. Please retry.” I’m not using card form on the page but Stripe Checkout pop-up (that is modal credit card form).

    The very laconic log says:

    01-10-2018 @ 06:51:58 – ====Start Log====
    Error: Payment processing failed. Please retry.
    ====End Log====

    Neverthless I receive an “Order failed” email from the system.

    I’ve downgraded to the previous working version waiting for a solution.

    Hi @orthotes,

    Can you confirm if you are seeing this behaviour when switching the theme to the default twenty sixteen theme along with deactivating all the plugins except WooCommerce and Stripe? If the issue does not occur then activate the plugins one by one to find out which one is causing this behaviour.

    I’m having the same issue. Seems like there is nothing to prevent the form from being submitted directly. There is no iFrame popping up, no XHR request, no logs (except the one mentioned), nothing.

    Can you log into your Stripe account and review the logs for the failed transactions? The Stripe logs should have more information regarding the error.

    There are no failed transactions listed. The transactions don’t take place. The form is submitted immediately without even having the chance to enter any credit card data.

    I’ve resolved updating some outdated files of woocommerce. Check in woocommerce -> status if you have any. The critic ones should be those involved with payment.

    Hi, I am having the same problem after updating to 4.0.7
    Everything worked fine before and now we are getting ‘Payment processing failed. Please retry.’

    No any errors in woocommerce status log
