Upload Photo Error “image is too large”

Hi,

When I try to upload an image via the profile I get an error telling me that the image is too large (but this in NOT the case!) So I cannot upload any images.

1. Is there an other way for the admin to set an image to a user account?
2. What can I do to make the upload work?
