Remove – Private Seller Tag

I was wondering why sometimes when I add a vehicle there is a header that says “Private Seller” and provides a profile and sometimes there is not. I want to be able to add vehicles without this header ever showing up. I shows up when adding a vehicle from the “Add a Car” page. But then if I just add from the backend it sometimes appears and sometimes not. Please let me know if there is some setting to remove this all together.
