Where can I find the image ID number?

I have an image gallery that I often add images to. It would be handy to have the image ID on the Add Media page, so that I can just check it and insert the number into the shortcode. Instead, I have to create a new gallery and then copy the image ID into the old gallery and delete the new gallery. This seems to me to be such a simple thing that I feel like I must be missing something; that the image ID is staring me in the face and I’m not seeing it. So could someone please point me in the direction of where I could find it?
If it’s not readily available, then may I ask the admin to move this post to the Feedback/Request forum and officially request this simple add?
