Hi, We have an online enrollment form built for our school and aren’t receiving any emails but we have had over 50 submissions which show within the dashboard.

We have checked the email, it’s input correctly, and even tried another email, still didn’t receive an email. We have checked the spam on both accounts, no messages. We do have the box checked that says “Send Email for Each Submission” – still not receiving them.

Any help would be appreciated! We launch enrollment in 3 days and this feature HAS to work or else we need to find a new plug-in!

I should also add, the contact form (not operated by HUGE IT FORMS) sends us emails as it’s supposed to…

So I’m unsure where the disconnect is here.

May we kindly ask you to inform, please, how have you created the “Email” field of your form?

And if possible, could you, please, provide a screenshot of the General Options, the list where you have entered user and administrator configurations.

Unsure what you mean by what the email field looks like? It looks like our email address…

Dear laurenuntangled,

Everything seems to be correct in the settings of the plugin.
It’s rather difficult to differentiate what could be the problem
If you are not against, could you, please, install the Postman plugin for checking if you are receiving emails at all?
