    Hello.

    I have installed your plugin. But it seems to not have installed the database files.
    And i can’t access the plugin. It works on one of my test pages.
    i have tried unistall it and then reinstall. But nothing happens.
    I have full admin access on the page. when i try push the button for settings under plugins it won’t work. Allso i can see under my user that wpforo exist but i can’t give my self a usergroup.

    What to do?

    Please Uninstall then delete the plugin, then search and install it again.

    It did not help.

    It just says i don’t have access to the plugin.

    Do you have access to your database?
    Could you please check if _wpforo_ tables exist?
    Please navigate to Hosting Service > cPanel > phpMyAdmin and check all tables with _wpforo prefix. More information regarding to wpForo tables you can find in documentation here:

    If you see wpForo tables, please open the wpforo_usergroups table and make sure there are default 5 usergrous:

    • Admin
    • Moderator
    • Customer
    • Guest
    • Registered

    If all are there please navigate to Dashboard > Users > Your Profile, scroll down and make sure the wpForo Usergroup option is set Admin.

    Nothing. It is not there i have just tried to install trough FTP. And set the files to 777, but still nothing.

    It works on my test sub domain under a different sitet. But on the same servers as pyrotest

    Also please never set plugin folder or 777, it should be 755.
