Review of Crime Stoppers site

Now taking reviews of the Central Ohio Crime Stoppers site! I’d love feedback.

Some things I am sketchy about these days:
1. The sidebar on the right is getting cluttered. I think some of the links could move elsewhere.
2. I would like a return between crimes in the second column, but haven’t figured that out yet.
3. An issue I’ve seen lately – notice the posts in column two where there is a photo and text, but the text isn’t aligned with the top of the photo. It doesn’t happen all the time…and when I check out those posts, there doesn’t seem to be any code or text keeping the text from aligning with the photos. Thoughts?

Any thoughts are appreciated – be honest, but kind! Since our redesign in October, our visits have gone through the roof. We’re happy with the site, but always want to look for improvements.
