Style changes not appearing after saving

Hi,
I’ve just installed this plugin and I’m finding that the style changes I’m making are not updating? For instance, I’ve changed the input field name text and the disclaimer text, I’ve pressed save and yet these changes aren’t appearing when I reload my site? I’ve also tried uploading manually by going to my pages tab and pressing ‘upload’ there, yet this still doesn’t update the form.

Can you tell me why my changes aren’t appearing and how to make them do so.
