Moving site from sub-directory

I have recently moved our site from a subdirectory which all seemed to be working fine until I had noticed today that the sunshine gallery is not playing ball.

I uploaded some images via the gallery editor and all was fine until I came to view the album, it says ‘no images uploaded yet’ but they are showing in the editor?

Also, the design has all gone to pot, I cannot see the side menu any more?
