Rating Issue

While i comment and rate the current Travel Post i cannot rate the item , i cannot give star rating at any manner but actual that is what my need is review of item and rating.
After commenting section it says please rate and gives a back link but there is no way to rate the item ,even i cannot click on rating to rate, Please explain how to rate the item??
