    Hi Team
    I am putting a new woocommerce site in production.
    making some test with “customers notes” i find it very useful.
    now…
    due to the particular products and payment methods
    I need the customer to write notes to me
    notes FROM customer TO business (admin)

    Can I enable this in some way?

    I kindly appreciate any hint / advice

    is this wheel already invented ? or got to pay a customization… ?

    ** more details about the business:

    there are several “offline” payment methods, in which customer needs to submit payment proofs (screen captures, transaction IDs, etc)
    sending this proofs via email would be clumsy and messy.
