Comments unreadable in e-mail

Well, I will try to keep that in mind, but I did search the fourms… dont kill me yet :-p

Doubt that you would have found anything in the forums about this but since I am using 1.3 I keep a link to the CVS by age in my bookmarks so I may keep up to date on the changes/additions (and the only thing I kill is time ; ).

Huzzah. well, I will use that from now on, but I just updated functions and it didnt work…? I tried a comment and its still gibberish.

and its not fixed right now. so thats ok. at least I know what it is.

I was wondering why I did not see that error in Thunderbird or IE and my comcast account as I have been getting daily notifications of spam comments : (

I am patient. It’s just that there’s seems to be some confusion between this and the password email formatting problem, which evidently *has* been fixed.
It’s a trivial problem; more of an annoyance really.

I have read https://www.ads-software.com/support/6/14467#post-84191 and have applied the nightly builds for the function.php etc. Email sent from WP still are garbled. I realize that the extra line causes an error. Do not the nightly builds “fix” this? What am I missing here?

They don’t seem to. Just be patient with it. The Nightly Builds will never be perfect. At least you know that you got a comment. ^_-
