    POSTSCRIPT – I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PLUGIN FOR SOMETIME NOW AND ITS BRILLIANT – WHEN I HAD PROBLEMS, WITH A SURPRISE CONFLICT, THE SUPPORT ON HERE, SEE BELOW, WAS GREAT – ITS UP AND RUNNING AGAIN NOW, SO SMILES ALL ROUND ??

    I LOOKED FOR AN ALTERNATIVE BUT NOTHING ELSE COMPARED

    I am sorry to hear that the plugin didn’t work on your site. I see you have not created a thread in our support forums so we could suggest a solution. A conflict with another plugin could cause this issue.

    Would you please enable WordPress debugging by putting the following to the wp-config.php file and try to reproduce the issue:

    
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    

    This way all errors will be saved in the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. Please make sure that you insert these lines above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in the wp-config.php file.

    Please share here the debug.log file so we could see what is causing this issue. You can upload the debug.log to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link here.

    Tried this but it didnt generate any error or debug logs in the wp-content directory

    Hope all is well!

    Please let us know what is the PHP version that your site is running on. Would you please run a quick test for a conflict and deactivate all the plugins except Hustle and see if the buttons will be clickable? If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

    BRILLIANT – that was a great help, thank you. Shield Security plugin is causing the problem. I just need to find out which setting is bocking it because I have shield on the working site too. PHP = 5.6.33

    Been through all the settings in Sheild and I cant find anything that blocks it but all is working now so I can only guess that disabling and restarting Sheild cleared something. but all smiles now, I had looked at other plugins but I could find anything paid or free that compared, great plug in great support Many thanks

    I’ve tested the Sheild Security plugin from my end as well, and could not reproduce the same behavior. Glad that the issue is resolved by deactivating and activating the plugin again ??
