    Hello,

I’m implementing your plugin and i find it nice and useful.

One thing i’d like to do though, is to autofill contact forms’ fields such as Name, Surname, e-mail, etc. with the logged in users’ data.
To be clearer: first step, i create a registration form for my users, in which name, surname, etc. are mandatory fields.
Second step, i create a contact form to let people sign up to an event (not only registered users, also anonymous ones). I’d like this contact form to be partially autofilled if the person filling it is a logged in user: name, surname, etc.

Is there a way to do so, even with a bit of coding?

Hope i explained myself! Thank you in advance and have a nice day.

    Hello,

Thank you for writing to us.

Sure, RegistrationMagic can do this. If you use the same profile fields for both the registration and the contact form, the field in the contact form will be filled automatically if the user is logged in.

If you need to add extra fields, while inside your Dashboard:

    a) Click on RegistrationMagic
    b) Click on ‘Fields’ menu on your registration form’s card.
    c) Click on Add Field and choose the field type you wish to add.
    d) Go to the Advanced settings
    e) Enable: Add this field to user account
    f) Enter the associated meta key so that the field values are pre-filled when the form is opened
    g) Click on Add to form

To get the usermeta value, check this link:
