    Are you logging the transactions?
    Where would I find the logs to access them so that I can better troubleshoot sending issues?

    We do not log anything.
    You can try to install some emails logging plugins for WordPress. They will save emails for you and display them in a list in wp-admin area.

    To troubleshoot sending issues you can use Email Test tab in plugin settings. It will display a helpful Debug Output.

    Any will work, as they all hijack inside wp_mail() function, which we extend and do not overwrite.

    I’ve never used email logging on WP-side, as I’m using WP Mail SMTP with SendGrid (via API) and check emails their.
