Which pdf plugin will display the HSN field and GST number?

How do display it in the pdf invoice?

We do not have integration with any PDF plugin right now to display the GST number. We may add that in future release.

However, if you are a developer then you could pull the GST or HSN number from database and use appropriate filters of any popular PDF plugin to inject GST or HSN number.
HSN number are stored in post meta along with each product.
GST number gets stored in options table.
