CSS & Pictures not showing up

Hey guys,

I am having an issue with getting the pictures and CSS from my website to show up correctly over internet. I am all out of ideas. I installed and setup WordPress on my Windows server. I setup the database and connected it with no problems. I pointed my domain using IIS to the directory of my WordPress, but I can not seem to get it to work correctly. I have tried turning off my firewall with no change. When I am logged into the server, I have no problems seeing the entire website with no issues, but outside of the server it does not work. I really could use some help!!
