resize& reposition gallery/content popup

    would like to be able to resize window, and to position lower on page. cannot find the css or js to do this. tech support tells me the file is in templates/frontend subdirectory, but this does not exist. using personal version.
    inspecting css, i see that the

    • is calling it a “pupup” if that’s a clue.

    here is the css Chrome is telling me for the popup

    position: relative;
    display: none;
    width: 100%;
    padding: 40px 0px 20px 0px;
    min-height: 100%;
    position: relative;
    background: #FFFFFF;
