How can I reset the DB

The only way to delete all applicants is doing it manually.
Login into your WP Dashboard, Click on SJB=>Applicants. On the top right corner click on Screen options, Set Number of items per page to 999 and click on apply. Here is reference screenshot: https://prntscr.com/i2b5x7
After that click on Job Applied for checkbox, select move to trash and click on apply. Here is reference screenshot: https://prntscr.com/i2b3vp
Then you can empty trash by clicking on empty trash under trash section https://prntscr.com/i2b55f
It depends on your server execution time. if its low then it will not work you have to set Number of items per page in a lower number and you can delete applicants in chunks.

Thank you, I was doing the same way but getting too long URL error. I ended up doing 100 at a time. Thats fine though.
