    Hello @gerem:

    On the following popups:

    Popup: #672 – home_page_booking_button_popup;
    Popup: #206 – formulaire-de-reservation; and
    Popup: #63 – register

    you’ve disabled automatic repositioning of the popup on window resizing.

    In the Popup Admin of each of these popups, go to:

    ‘Display Settings’ >>
    ‘Position’ >>
    ‘Disable Repositioning’

    and uncheck the checkbox
    . This will set the condition to 0 or FALSE. Each of those popups will reposition to ‘center top’ on a mobile screen.

    Hello, this topic is not resolved !

    The problem is still here !

    Hello @gerem:

    There may be an unintended conflict between Popup Maker and either another plugin on your site, or your site theme.

    Please install the following plugin on your site (‘Health Check’ from www.ads-software.com) and go into ‘Troubleshooting’ mode. Use the plugin to deactivate and then systematically reactivate all plugins on your site. Even switch to a default theme.

    This plugin will not disturb the front end for any user other than yourself.

    Let us know what you find.

    I have an idea of my problem :
    My theme is Divi.
    The popup is center in computer, ipad, but not iphone (=screen size problem ?)

    Have you ever see this problem ?

    Maybe this function broke something on the repositionning (in function.php) :

    function et_add_viewport_meta(){
    echo ‘<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=0″ />’;
    }
    does popup support responsive design ?

    Ok the problem comes from my theme.
    I fix it ??

    Thanks !
