    Dear Supprort,

I downloaded and installed the plugin correctly. However once I activated your plugin my whole website crashed, and I couldn’t even access my WordPress admin panel. I had to contact the WordPress support, who had to manually remove the plugin. The support told me that the reason of the website crash is that there is some error with the PHP once I activate the Plugin. He gave me this as error description:

PHP Warning: require_once(/opt/sites/1080162/wpcom-137339342/wp-content/plugins/androapp/../../../wp-admin/includes/file.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /opt/sites/1080162/wpcom-137339342/wp-content/plugins/androapp/androapp.php on line 16

I guess there is some error in the plugin (?) that lead to the crash of my website. I was really looking forward to it and wanted to buy the IOS/Android package of the plugin. Could you therefore help me quickly with this issue?

    Kind Regards,

    Florian

I have also seen that your plugin uses WP Super Cache. Some websites are not compatible with it. I had the same 500 Internal Error when I installed the WP Super Cache plugin on my website. Maybe becasue of the intergration, this also happens with your plugin.

    Kind Regards,

can you check if you have any file with nam file.php in wp-admin/includes folder? if yes, please share the full location

we will add a check to include this file only if it exists and than you can see if it works
