How to show only parent categories

  • Dear authour
    I am doing a website which was doing by another developer. Now he left the job and it’s me who is doing that website. There is one thing called “view” is using. There I want to show only parent categories. I have tried my best to find but not able to find.
    Another problem is, the old developer is not giving login etc for toolset so may need to rebuy but before buy, I need to show this to client.
    Let me know if I can show only parent categories in view, if yes then how
    Also let me know if will get any discount if buy because my that client already bought it but previous developer is not ready to give it’s login etc

    – no, I cannot let you know now, here, because this forum does not permit me to support Toolset Plugins in here.

    This support forum is exclusively for the Free Toolset Types plugin only.

    These are WordPress Rules, I cannot change them.

    I suggest:

    – I can assure you that you can create a View that shows only parent taxonomies.
