Problem with your Stripe webhook

With regard to getting a -1 upon clicking the end point url, this is the URL that is listening for the actions on Stripe side and is not meant to be clicked.

401’s usually come for unauthorized access to some server resource. Some times Stripe may think that your store is making an authorized api call and this could happen, is this error happening intermittently or consistently for all orders?

I’m only using the webhook for Stripe Sofort. The curious thing is, in my shop on my own server it is working fine, in the other shop on a shared hoster not, there I get these mails from Stripe. I presume it has something to do with the hoster, but neither I nor they know where to check it.

@spirit1977 be sure you don’t have some sort of redirects or maintenance mode that could be blocking/redirecting that webhook endpoint.

As far as I know I have no redirects or maintenance mode. Even if I only have WooCommerce and Stripe plugin active I don’t get noticed by Stripe that the payment Stripe Sofort is completed, although the webhook is active.

@spirit1977 then I would suggest you contact Stripe and show them the screenshot you showed us.

Stripe said I should contact the developer of the plug-in because they don’t know what’s going going on in Woocommerce

Yes I set up alle event types.

These two webhook URLs are not working

Both domains are on the same server, have latest versions of WP and WC.
