Uninstalling Plugin

    Hi, The plugin has created 14,000 review reminder posts in my wp installation. I plan to uninstall the plugin. How to remove these 14,000 posts associated with the plugin?

    Hi @divijc,

    Woah, not sure how it would have created that many? Was it running for a long time or do you normally get that many orders?

    Under settings then Help there should be a checkbox to remove all data. Check that and save, then deactivate and uninstall the plugin from the Plugins->Installed Plugins page.

    Yes, it had been running for a long time now, thanks for your prompt support.

    Are you not developing this plugin now?

    We decided to wind down the premium side of it due to low demand, but we’ll be keeping the free plugin about for a while yet before any decisions are made.
