WP Nested Pages Stopped Syncing with Menu

Hello, WP Nested Pages stopped syncing the menu. I put a page in draft mode but it was still in the “Nested Pages” nav. I then used “Hide in Nav Menu” to try to hide the page with no luck. I verified “Sync Menu” is checked. I tried using manual sync as a test. I tried resetting the Nested Pages settings. I know exactly when the sync began to fail but no new plugins have been activated/deactivated and I’ve only been working on content since I noticed this change. Any troubleshooting tips?
