    Is there any way to do this or to force non responsiveness to the site?

    My clients won’t pay for the theme unless I can have this done.

    Yes its possible

    Just remove this meta tag on your child theme

    <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

    Sorry. Where is the child theme found. I’ve search to try and remove this tag.
