Admin redirect loop after install

Hi,
After installing the plugin I was unable to access to admin dashboard but the site frontend was fine. It was trying to access the following URL but gets stuck in an redirect loop:
https://intranet.domain.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=bepro-listngs-dashboard&show_wizard=1I’m able to disable the plugin by removing the directory from the plugins folder. I’ve tried reinstalling 3 times but always get stuck in the loop.
Is this a known issue?
Running WordPress 4.9.2
PHP 7.0.22-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
